    – Noodles
    – Salt to taste
    – Oil: 2 tbsp
    – Onion: 1 pc
    – Ginger: 1 tsp
    – Garlic: 1 tbsp
    – Green Chilli: 2 pc
    – Capsicum: 1 pc
    – Carrot: 1 pc
    – Pepper
    – Red Chilli Sauce: 1 tbsp
    – Green Chilli Sauce: 1 tsp
    – Light Soy Sauce: 1 tsp
    – Dark Soy Sauce: 1 tsp
    – Chilli Flakes: 1/2 tsp

    1. Boil the noodles in hot water with some salt. Follow the timing instructions as given on the pack. Once done, strain the noodles and coat them with oil.

    2. Take a wok, add oil, sliced onions and lightly saute. Add chopped ginger, garlic and green chilli.

    3. Then add sliced capsicum and carrot along with salt and pepper. Cook.

    4. Add the boiled noodles along with red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and chilli flakes. Toss them.

    5. Add a pinch of MSG, again toss.

    6. Now make some space in the centre, place a small cup, add a piece of heated charcoal and add some oil on it. It will start smoking, immediately cover the wok with a lid for 1-2 minutes only.

    7. Toss them, serve and enjoy!
