Excellent veggie salad and chicken stir fry, Cami. You explained and showed how to make with great detail. I am going to try cutting up the veggies for salad and make my own dressing. I plan to do stir fry too with your sauce. ❤

We're also a family of 6 and we rarely have leftovers too. I miss the days of leftovers 😅 what kind of deli meats? I struggle to find good quality that I can actually afford…. So we haven't bought deli meat in a long time…. juicing, I have a different opinion. I feel like you waste so much of the fruit or vegetable….do you use the pulp for something else? Love your channel. Thanks!

Hey Cami! Your stir fry looks yummy! We like a dish that I call breakfast beans! It’s similar to the stir fry here…I sauté red and orange peppers, onions and both green and yellow squash, and asparagus. add chopped polish kielbasa, and a can of drained black beans, I like to add scrambled eggs and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese at the end, then put a bit of some lovely (your choice) Italian dressing or my favorite balsamic white lavender vinegar! We eat it just like that! It’s filling and healthy! You could serve it over or with rice etc. give it a try! You might like it!

Wow, what a fabulous video! We've incorporated those salad into our daily lunches as well. They take us an hour to chew but "food is medicine"! We've been "veggie centric" for 35 years and it's proven to be a wise investment in our health. Thanks for sharing your wisdom and creativity with us! More please! 💗

Cami, I so appreciate this content. I’m currently looking into getting a juicer. I want to add juices into my diet. My husband & I were just saying how we wanted to try micro-greens, so this was a gentle reminder to me. As a breast cancer survivor, I will have to check out the resource that you shared. I’m always looking for nourishing recipes so this was timely. Thank you as always. 🤗
