Hey this is rad! We do similar things with Miracle Whip, or fresh whipped cream and graham crackers in the States, I always saw them called "refrigerator cakes"! I have several of my grandma's recipes for them!

That looks really good! We almost always have mango graham in every celebration. My mom likes making them because they are very easy to do. We even sometimes swap out mango with oreos and it taste like ice cream. Really yummy.

We make this at my house but it’s called “icebox” Cake and we layer vanilla and chocolate puddings in between the graham crackers and top with whip cream and then refrigerate it’s amazing!!

When did mango float become a graham cracker based dessert? I always grew up eating the version made with broas. It tastes so much better and you really get to enjoy the mango flavor more. The graham version just ends up masking the best part of the dessert… MANGOS!

It's so crazy to see how the same base can originate so many variation around the globe. Here in Brazil we make it by dipping Maizena crackers into milk so it softens and alternating through a plain ish cream and a chocolate one.
Actually there's lots of variations flavor wise, but I guess that's the most common one.
    It's called pavê.

This is also something I have done myself a ton, it is a very popular thing in Bulgaria. (I am more than half Bulgarian) whenever I visit Bulgaria, I ALWAYS make sure to get some, it just tastes so good! My personal favorite is with banana layered in between along with the Graham crackers, and instead of condensed milk, chocolate pudding, with coconut shavings sprinkled on top. You should definitely try it!
