People that have high blood pressure use salt substitute instead of salt and garlic powder instead of garlic salt
I don't like squash and I can't have susague anymore to much sodium I have high blood pressure

Here's a tip. Use the hamburger masher to shred the chicken. It works great!

I literally eat soup of some kind every day from fall to spring. It gets pretty darn cold here in the Northeast and nothing is more comforting than hot soup with a side of homemade bread Yum!

Soup season is the fin dizzle in my opinion. It’s the best way to use up all of those “I have a cup left” of whatever’s I’ve been saving up. The thought of soup and crusty bread = a warm hug

I always start my soups with lipton onion soup it comes in chicken and beef. It gives a lot of flavor.and just leave out the salt in the recipe.
