I bought that pan quite awhile ago. Made some a few days ago. Cut the baguette in half and made a breakfast sandwich. Used your bone broth recipe. Was great. A nice change for breakfast.

I had to laugh because I tried to order a hot dog bun pan and ended up with the same one you did. I will have to try doing the little buns like you did. The baguettes made great sandwiches, 2 sandwiches out of each loaf. That sandwich looks delightful!

So I know you’re not doing sweeteners this month, but I was just looking over your birthday cake recipe and thought, “Hmm, I wonder if she’s tried her BBBE bread in a cake iteration.” Do you think that if I added some erythritol or glycine with the egg whites and various powders that it would whip up just the same for me to then spread on the icing? It’s my birthday this month, and my mom really wants to bake me a cake that I can eat, so you are, of course, my go-to since your ketovore cooking style is so accessible and tasty.

Would love to hear your weight loss story sometime. Where you started, where you’re presently at and where you intend to go (weight-wise). Sometimes that’s very inspirational for people.

Thank you, Anita! I just ordered the baguette pan you recommended, plus a few others to try. They won’t be in for a few weeks. I do like the mesh pan you recommended for which I plan to use for larger submarine sandwiches using your bread recipe.
