I had some potstickers yesterday for the first time ever and they were delicious. I did actually brown all sides and then added a pad of butter at the end before steaming them for a couple of minutes. I ate about 12 potstickers, but could have eaten 24 easily. So good.

I made these and they are really good!!! The only thing is is that it's SUPER salty. I had 1.5 lbs of meat and it was still salty. Is it really 1 tablespoon of salt? Or a teaspoon?

I made these tonight for dinner. Big hit with husband and baby. I will say there is a learning curve to getting the right temperature but once you figure it out these are definitely worth it. Im interested in trying with shrimp or even tofu next time 🙂

The dumplings smelled and tasted really good but you need a really good non-stick pan because even with oil and a little butter the dumplings still stuck and I messed up alot of them!

Awww I live in Hawaii! If you want to explore out of honolulu you should go to Wow Wow Lemonade in North Shore or Green World Coffee Farm 😁
I know it's not traditional but I use a little bit of egg yolk to close the dumplings. It keeps them closed perfectly 🙂

Go to island vintage coffee…. you know it’s good because the queue is always out the door!
I highly recommend the papaya yogurt bowl and the bacon and egg bagel for breakfast!! The coffee is also the best I’ve EVER had!!!

Definitely go to the Pig and the Lady, and there’s delicious banana-whips at Banan. Also, not food related, but you should check out my friend’s scooter rental shop << Hawaiian Style Rentals >> if you guys want to rent mopeds/scoot coupes!

Hello! Thank you for this great recipe 😊 I made some potstickers weeks ago to freeze and I made them with chicken. I ate some, I cooked them in a frying pan (first with oil to make the bottom crispy and then I put water and cover up to cook them) but the chicken never looked cooked enough! I did it again longer but it still was a little pink 😔 How can I do? Please help meeee!

YOU NEED TO CHECKOUT GINAS RESTAURANT! They are like a local Korean food! Super fast and simple lunch/dinner you can eat!
If you are ala Moana check out Somi Somi, they have super good ice cream! Soft server and make sure you get it in a cup and the fish upside down 😂
You have to check out the new shirokiya (renovated!) also in Ala Moana
The piggy smalls at ward (super yummy Vietnamese twist)
The Honolulu kitchen (in Waipahu) for yummy manapuas! 🤤
Aunty ramen (omg she is the best!) for dinner! You pick what you want in your ramen bowl and they are super super fast (and so delicious) – kinda near mccully/punahou area
Vons chicken (the original KFC – Korean fried chicken 😂) on Pensacola – if you do go, I highly recommend the garlic crispy chicken!
Ha long – the best Vietnamese restaurant 🤤 I recommend the bah mi with egg – trust me… so delicious
And I know you have a doggie as well, please check out Hawaii doggie bakery – they have the best treats for your furry friend 🤩
Sorry born and raised here on Honolulu, and some of the few places I love to go and eat! Hahaha if you need more recommendations please ask! 😆💕
    I hope you have fun!!
