    I will try Boneless chicken.
    Critical to quality :: Two Ingredients
    1 Heap of Black Pepper
    2 Generous thick Coconut Milk
    For marination I will use the paste of
    1 Raw papaya
    2 Green and Ripe Chilly
    3 Garlic
    Ginger and other spices I will add while cooking.
    Will avoid soya sauce totally.

    Soya sauce? ๐Ÿ˜‚ Authentic Sri Lankan food don't use soya sauce instead use roasted Curry powder to get the dark colour . Also slow cook until chicken releases its water , after that add thick coconut milk.

    This recipe couldn't come at a better moment. I wanted to cook a curry tomorrow, but something else than what I cook usually. I think I'll reduce the black pepper, I am not brave enough for two heaped tablespoons of it, haha.
