    With the exception of the sausage rolls(only visually) lol
    I gave up trying to perfect beautifying a sausage roll and just slapped it in the pastry as is- tell you what,they were the nicest I’d made. I eat with my eyes but it’s important to note that some things are better when imperfect.xx

    Take the skin off the sausage put in a bowl and mash together the sausage meat. Try a sausage plait instead of roll. I always do that with pastry that’s a little challenging it’s an easier way to do it with a bit better results.

    All looked lovely your sausage rolls looked lovely. I saw a recipe on tik tok for sausage roll scrolls that I am going to try. You basically spread the sausage roll mince over 2 pastry sheets that you join together adding some cheese or whatever then you roll it up and cut into pieces then put on a tray and bake.
