Very tasty 👌☺️👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 With the exception of the sausage rolls(only visually) lol I gave up trying to perfect beautifying a sausage roll and just slapped it in the pastry as is- tell you what,they were the nicest I’d made. I eat with my eyes but it’s important to note that some things are better when imperfect.xx
Take the skin off the sausage put in a bowl and mash together the sausage meat. Try a sausage plait instead of roll. I always do that with pastry that’s a little challenging it’s an easier way to do it with a bit better results.
All looked lovely your sausage rolls looked lovely. I saw a recipe on tik tok for sausage roll scrolls that I am going to try. You basically spread the sausage roll mince over 2 pastry sheets that you join together adding some cheese or whatever then you roll it up and cut into pieces then put on a tray and bake. They all looked great, and you made it look so easy. I'm impressed with Ed— did he really eat two vegetarian meals that week? Good on him! (Notice how he gets the praise for the act of eating, whereas the cook just gets a pat on the shoulder!)
Nice one Claire! Love the salad dressing trick, have to try it. What brand is the lo-salt bouillon you use? It's quite difficult for us to find where I live.

I portion and bag up those trays of chicken for the freezer, I think they are a bargain from Sainsbury’s.

Fab meals but I can't eat chicken we get chicken ground up for our Neapolitan mastiffs and it's 🤢. Take care my lovely 😘🥰 xxx
