Hey Dina 😃, thank you for sharing your talents 💕! I have a question though but it’s about the brioche bread lol, I have the Bosch mixer you used in that video so that being said… you mentioned in that video when it was time to turn up the speed to mix it on high… can you please tell me what number that speed is? Is it 2, 3, 4? I’ve tried making brioche 2 times and horribly failed lol , I didn’t use your recipe yet but want to make sure I get it right… I’m a newbie bread maker 😅 thank you and God bless, Connie

I’ve tried a similar process with refrigeration and it didn’t rise much 🥲 I want to try your recipe now! It looks beautiful, and rose so nicely 🤩🤩🤩 and it’s true, we all make it slightly different, there’s no one right way to make it, which is my favorite thing about sourdough! I’m having fun experimenting all the time. This recipe is on my list☺️
