I'm working my way through your videos, old to new, and often times when I'm cooking in the kitchen. So sometimes we are both cooking kind of at the same time! This time, conincidentally, both cooking pasta in the Instant Pot! Yours looks great! We're having ours with garlic bread. I really couldn't be bothered tonight. It's a great easy meal for my family when I'm too tired and it's a crowd pleaser.

I love the IP! I like that you gave the option of oil sauté vs. water sauté. I use water and never use oil to sauté. Saves me from tons of unnecessary calories and saturated fats. Thanks for the recipe! As a fellow vegan, I am always on the lookout for new recipes to add to the rotation.

Arizona subscriber … just bought myself an instant pot mini … going to try this recipe … it sounds amazing! But will half size it. Will post how it turns out!! Thanks!! Btw I live alone as well with 1 cat and 2 small dogs in 1550 square feet which I hope to downsize this year … don’t know how tiny I’ll go. But I don’t use even half my house now. It’s a double wide mobile. You have been that much more inspiration to downsize! Thank you for your channel!

You Got Me! I too have had an instant pot for 2 years and have never used it. I'm so glad I finally did. The recipe was so simple and tasted wonderful. I feel bad that I purchased a can of tomato soup last night as this is much better than that. I will go back through your previous cooking sessions and try those recipes too. Thanks so much! More good information from your channel.

May I ask what size instant pot you have? A few years back I bought an 8 qt. IP Ultra because I was doing a lot of entertaining. I've downsized now and would prefer a 6 or 3 quart……I want to dare to go to a 3 quart, but am wondering if it's big enough for something like you are making today.

Wow, that does look delicious for sure. I don’t do a lot of cooking, sooo, a silly question or rather an observation- it seems like there are so many different seasonings- so they actually mesh together well? Thanks— wish I had some, cold outside😊👍🌴

I work from home now , so the work is never ending now more than ever , cleaning in my breaks and lunchtime ! Again thank you so much for the tip! 👏🏽👏🏽❤️

I was intrigued, yet intimated, by the Insta Pot but your videos helped gradually build confidence in my ability to use it without having to call 911. Hehehe…. I’ll. be able to get one soon & I will “have respect for it” as you advised, which I found very helpful. And I love how Sophie just wandered in at around 15:03 right on cue as you said “one of my kids is around at some point” as if you were talking about her. Hehehe..or was she really saying ,”hey, that’s me” and then kept walking like she was only just passing through to get to “her” couch when she realized you weren’t talking about her? Heheh..Thank you for the cooking segments & the recipes, too, btw! 🙏🐾
