Carolina you have a big heart you alway's think of others before yourself. On fruit and canned vegetable they last 5 or more years past the best buy date. Canned spam last forever. Taste just like ham and you can slice it , cut it into sliced chunks and add to scrambled eggs. Spam is a delicasy in Hawaii. Excuse my typos seems things are not yet 100% after my heart surgery on the 10th. Love you sweet kind lady and bless you for sharing your cooking skills.

After 3 years I finally went back to using the food bank. I’m eligible for home delivery but the issue is I have food allergies and I don’t eat much can foods, bread or pasta. So the boxes that they delivered were full of stuff I couldn’t eat.. I am able to return to in person and I am amazed at the amount of fresh fruit and vegetables I am able to get.. I live in a city that is upper class and a lot of tech companies but I live in a small pocket of the city that houses the lower income.. what was soo amazing and brought tears to my eyes was the fact that the people there remembered me and hugged me 😊

I totally get the "not me" from kids. I used to say to my Mom "Mommmm im thirstyyyyy, Mommmm im hungryyyyy." She would say "well, its nice to meet you thirsty or its nice to meet you hungry" lol. It used to irritate me so much cause, gee shes not taking me serious at allll lol. I just wanted to make a comment to some of the haters; So, if Carolina makes money by making videos on youtube and Carolina makes money/free products for review, and Carolina takes care of her childrens education at home (saving the state money earmarked for education at brick and mortar buildings btw) and Carolina does not pay a baby sitter by staying at home and home cooking for her family AND these things benefit her family, shes somehow not a good person, but if she instead works outside of the home full time, depending and paying others to do these things shes a better Mom and Wife???

If you can , donate emergency warming bags . Batery powered heaters and extra batteries. Tarps, tents sleeing bags rated for lower temperatures. Wool socks , make a list of places they can go to warm, up get a meal, get a shower, get laundry done free, foods that can be made with little or no pots and pans, one ingredient foods. Many homeless dont have food stamps because they don't have an address. A small grill. Safe cheap,or free places they can camp. How to: camp in the winter, set up a winter camp to stay warm, store foods, how to find wood when its wet out , building a safe low smoking fire , rocket stoves ect.

Caffeine is going to dehydrate your system and that would be a reason for the difference between water and coffee. As with alcohol you should balance out the intake, kidneys are important!
