I cook mine in the instant pot for seven minutes followed by a quick release. I then throw on the air fryer lid (keep the water in the bottom of the pot from pressure cooking) and broil for 6-8 minutes. Comes out crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Also, you can add some milk and whole wheat flour to the water after to make gravy.

I used to have breakfast at the Leavenworth Cafe here in Omaha,Nebraska. And I noticed that they cooked their sausage links fried , made the link sausages tasted very nasty 🥵 . They went out of business in 2020 .

Johnsonville has the best instructions. Put 1/2" water in the pan, cover over medium heat till water evaporates, remove lid and sear on each side till sausage comes to temp. Totally paraphrasing, but those are the basic instructions.

I buy Eckrich breakfast sausage links, (Maple flavor), fully cooked, all I have to do is nuke them for 60 seconds, and I'm go to go! 😋👍
