    This is very similar to my approach. I do this with following: fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, fresh garlic, extra virgin oliveoil, a dash of lemon juice mix and let your meat marinate over night.

    Next day remove excess and add salt, ground pepper and a bit smoked paprika powder.

    Head for the grill and offset smoke(as in on the side not above the fire!!) it until it reaches an inner temperature of roughly 45 celcius degrees. Finish it off in direct fire so it get nice texture.

    Let it rest for 10 min and serve. The kids will love it, you will love it!

    OMGOODNESS! Made this tonight for dinner. Had the lamb in the freezer from Easter. It turned out better than the roast. Purchased everything from Costco. Iโ€™ll be looking for this rack again. Fabulous recipe ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜‹ Thank you. And the rosemary was from my garden ๐Ÿชด
