I'm not happy with this recipe. Kheer tasted like milk with condensed milk. Condensed milk has a strong flavor.
4cup milk
1/4 cup rice (soaked in water overnight)
mash it with hands/by some weight
8 min on medium high till it boils
Then on medium low flame 20-25 mins
2tbsp almond pista
1cup condensed milk
Zafran/illaichi powder/ kewra essence
Get the desired consistency, and u r done .
