I am very sorry for the loss of your Queen! This was such a beautiful way to remember her. You did an amazing job. I know she’d be happy to eat your scones if she had the chance and is looking down on people like you and Nat with pride because of how wonderful you and your family are. Sending you and your family and your Country all my love ♥️🙏

Keith , I felt I had to subscribe to your channel to agree with your other viewers as to how touching and respectful your tribute to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II was. You are one of the very few to have done so . Thanks and Respect👍

Keith very respectful for the Queen at the beginning and an sure she’s up there loving your scones.

Could I make a small suggestion for when you make them next time. Add the sultanas in to the mixture before you form it in to a dough then again it’s each to their own

Being on this side of the pond I'm forced to do home made clotted cream but look forward to it. I even bought a 2" circular cutter so I can replicate thee exact size of the scones the queen was served. Sorry for the loss of her majesty. 😢 she's loved world wide

What you did at the beginning, Keith… I love that! Lovely picture, too. 👑

As for what goes on a scone first…… the answer is BUTTER… then jam and lastly a huge dollop of clotted cream. 😋

You did a cracking job and I imagine you'll be making them again.

Queen Elizabeth II was well-known for her sense of humour, and PADDINGTON BEAR would like to express his deepest sympathy to the Royal Family on the passing of Her Majesty The Queen! … Paddington requests that The Royal Family check Her Majesty's handbags for MARMALADE SANDWICHES, before sending them to the CHARITY / THRIFT SHOP! 😂😂😂

R.I.P. Your Majesty! … "God Save The King!" … "Hip, hip, hooray! Hip, hip, hooray! Hip, hip, hooray!"

Thank you for your respect for the Queen. Such a sad time. The scones look lovely for a first attempt. When I make mine I flatten them out too about half an inch with my hands. When you use a rolling pin you squash out the air. They come out lovely and thick. I was taught this by a Baker who worked on cruise lines and big hotels. Xx
