Fish guts! I totally love that you call it that. I’m a vegan and I’m totally into transparency. In this country (USA) They for sure would call it something different make up a new word for it they would never call a fish guts :-). I will use vegan fish sauce and I always mix my kimchi cucumbers in a baggie. Love the recipes thank you. And I like the way you use the empty milk container as a cutting pad.
Why salt and drain the daikon and the turnip but then soak them in ice water?
