I've cut down on artificial sweeteners due to GI problems. Stopped Built Bars as too expensive and inconsistent (some flavors were nasty). Trying to go more natural. I have very sensitive skin so need to be very careful. Love this topic.

I am a skeptic and am wary of advertising. Also am on a fixed income so any information you share keeps us from falling into those deep holes. So sorry you had the trouble with the meat boxes, I probably would have tried them but thought better of it, now Iโm glad I didnโt, thank you!!!!
