Ok…. this is awesome! I just made it and ate the ends.. OMG! It tastes like dessert! I put a bit of butter with some cinnamon sugar that I made with eythritol, BRILLIANT! I'm not sharing, hiding this from the hubs! LOL OH, and the tip about the parchment paper, mind blown! Thanks so much!

Make this last night and sliced and fried up in salted kerrygold butter and OMFG. We DO have a winner!! Texture is indeed moist in middle but thats how its supposed to be for French toast. 10 out of 10! Only changes is that I added was 8.7 ounce of cream cheese, more vanilla extract to taste and a tiny bit of sweetener also extra cinnamon andna dash of nutmeg.
I want to make 2 more loaves. Im wondering if this can freeze and reheat well if sliced up for prep?
Can I omit the sweetner from the recipe?
