    Hello this is ROBERT from New Jersey . I love the hormel in the jar. Can I add vinegar and how much to the pp cooker. Also how many minutes and low med or high. Is there an internal temp the feet need to be to consider safe eating.

    Enjoyed Hocks and sauerkraut and potatoes growing up here.
    Very flavorful, I used to really enjoy it.
    Hard to find fresh hocks with skin on around here now.
    Also head cheese another favorite for me.
    We may be different but We enjoy sooo many of the same food making us Family.
