Buzzfeed's Ladylike's Kristin and Jen did this EXACT video. They took 29 kinds of cheese they found at the store and melted it all together and then put it on bread and used a George Foreman grill to make a grilled cheese with it. Their video came out April 10, 2019. You guys should collab with them. Amazing idea lol.
you need some sort of liquid to get the pressure going. just the solid cheese itself is not gonna work as it's supposed to be. that's also why you got some burning at the bottom the first try
