You said make extra because the vinaigrette will last a long time if you don't put too many fresh ingredients in it. Is parsley considered a fresh ingredient?

I love your vids & I've watched a lot, but they're not popping up in my feed. You need to see why you're not reaching a bigger audience. YouTube is not spreading your vids.

Hi Chef, I love your channel. You make cooking easy. I love the way you explain things, where nothing is left to chance and it makes it easy to follow. I have a request for you: Can you make something with corned beef? Make something interesting, rather than the corned beef with cabbage. Thanks so much!

Hi Chef and Jack, I'm looking through some of the old videos and maybe I missed it, but have you done a video on braciole? I'm getting ready to try making it for the first time. Some say oven, some say crock pot. Would love to see your method.

Chef, could you do occasional special diet recipes in YouTube shorts? For example, Keto, carnivore, gluten-free, paleo, no-processed foods, etc…

Just made this today. It's hot here (reaching 35C today in Berlin) and wanted something light but satisfying and this hit the spot! Couldn't get fresh mango so I substituted a fresh peach and it worked really well. My vinaigrette had a bit too much garlic bite to it. What can one do to rebalance something that has too much garlic?

A nice dish to do in the summer, especially with the close to 40 C here in Valencia, Spain. Thanks very much for sharing this recipe. I'm going to make this recipe either today or tomorrow. Can't wait to do it. Love all the ingredients, especially the mangos.
