    A suggestion blanch the Palak for about 10 mins purรฉe it use Sambar masala add tamarind water and jaggery. Then mix the khichadi into it.
    Use ghee for the tadka simple mustard, jeera, kadipatta, byaadgee red chilli and adequate amount of heeng.
    Personally would avoid garlic.

    Good recipe,tried it, turned out really tasty,but my problem is that every time I make something out of palak puree,my puree on cooking becomes dark in colour like mehendi, please help me out

    Nice recipe.. thanks.. one question.. isame palak ki pyuri he.. to Kya ham ise dhak Kar rakh sakte he? Aapne palak paneer ki recipe me bola tha ki palak ki recipe ko dhak Kar nahi rakhte.. Varna Kali ho jati he..
