    Classic Pandesal recipe
    Start from 5:pm Masa to 4:am lutoin

    2-kilo third class flour
    10-kilo first class flour
    2-1/2-kilo Brown sugar
    50g-bread improver
    20g-instant dry yeast
    150g-salt
    17-cup room temp Water
    4-pcs large egg
    2-can evap milk size of can 370ml
    1-1/2-tablespoon vanilla extract
    500g-margarine
    500g-shortening vegetables oil
    555mL cooking oil
