This home is one of the sexiest bachelor pad in la and was purchased for 9.5mil in 2015 n renovated by owner nile niami and architect paul mcclean and later in 2017 listed for 19.9mil but unsold for a long time
And now asking 11.995mil which is a bargain considering the former purchasing price n renovation cost.

I love ur tour videos very much all the time but one thing i dont like is that why you always saying " i'm 6ft 3" in ur video. They watch ur videos to see estates not to hear how tall you are. No one wants to know how tall you are that's the bottom line😊

This Mansion is very nice, my only question that i have for you is, why does the kitchen seem very dark? Otherwise Your Tour is Always great…Another nice one! Paintings on the wall are Unique, Im sure its painted for a reason for ppl to work out what those are haha! The view in this place is nice For sure. 😊
