I really enjoy your channels. Going to try to join patreon in October. Single dad here of 4 kids. Their mother walked out, signed over her rights so I do work a lot but I also spend a lot of time with my babies too. We’re from Puerto Rico.

    I have 4 medium sized zucchini left that will become dehydrated flavored chips and chunks. I have a few a tomatoes to ripen up before they go in the freezer. My son-in-law has pulled the tomato, cucumber, zucchini and pumpkin vines out to compost. My daughter bought a 22 quart roaster so we can cook down appkes, applesauce and applebutter. I'll put the frozen tomatoes in cook down for canning. Thank you for your videos. I'm enjoying the conversation as you work in the kitchen.

    Thought I'd share this info to you and others – MILK/DAIRY is aften a silent gluten carrier. Whatver is fed to the cow, is passed on through the milk … so if they feed the cow a lot of grain it is likely gluten will be passed …. this explains why so many people with gluten issues also tend to have milk/dairy issues

    I was late Matt picked the rest of the green peppers from the garden and i was cleaning chopping and balancing them for dehydration. Now got another and final dehydrator full of peppers. I am done with peppers for the year unless I'm gifted more.
