    Won't adding the melted chocolate make the whipped cream "drop"? After all, cream needs to be cold for whipping, and my instinct tells me that even if it's already whipped, adding something hot might reverse the process… Can melted chocolate be cooled to refrigerator temperature, won't it solidify again if cooled down and then placed in a refrigerator?

    I just tried this and used Hershey's chocolate instead of dark chocolate and it turned out so good. I would also recommend putting it in the fridge for a couple hours after you pipe it into a cup. It gives it a little bit of a spongey consistency and it taste really good cold. Thanks for the recipe! 🥰
