This recipe took me many tries to get right. But I am happy to say, these cinnamon rolls will only take an hour from start to finish! AND THEY ARE AMAZING!
I made some GIANT Cinnamon rolls too! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2tmkUjjnWJ0
You have my mixer! Don’t you just love it 🥰 Mine is 40 years old.
Can you make the dough a day ahead, storing in fridge over night?
Can you give me the name of your mixer and where you got it from
All of the other reviews describe it better than I can. I was looking to purchase a cheap crock pot for roast/chili/soup and decided to splurge a little and buy this instead. Oh man, it's amazing! Along with the rest of the country do7.pl/instant am totally pleased with the instant pot. Makes cooking complex or time lengthy food items pretty easy. I’m not a great cook and I can’t really mess up with this. Definitely a great product to have in your kitchen.
Tried Milling my own Pastry Flour so far using Hard White Wheat doesn't get the lift, even after 3 rises. Although it did much better than a courser ground rising only once. Next time I'll just buy
a bag of Pastry Flour and see if that works better. I did add this.. After baking I controlled the frosting consistency better by increasing powdered sugar ratio, but also added a good heaping teaspoon of cinnamon making this glaze even more flavorful (kept the vanilla the same), than also with melted butter, glaze each roll top and sides with this butter. Than topped it with my cinnamon/powdered sugar glaze and the final touch? Sprinkled a dash of cinnamon/sugar on each glazed roll.
Yum! Look delicious and I adore your helpers!
I don’t quite understand why you use so much yeast? Three Tsp’s of yeast is close to $5 in Canada! Your dough is just a regular enriched dough. I’ve noticed that people are using huge amounts of yeast in their Instant Pot bread.
too bad you dont scale down the recipe I would be making this for 2
Okay lets get real these are good but I will being buying mine in the future. I burnt the bottoms on the first batch after all that work. I think you should be able to dump and go for all of it look. I am getting better at rolling the dough out with my rolling pin i haven't used in 20 years. And a little advice don't do this with a bossy 11 year granddaughter
What if your IP does not have a yogurt setting?
We eat the ends raw! 😆 FYI: you can cut the dough with the bench scraper.
Where did you get the mixer? And thank you for all you wonderful recipes!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Yummm..LOVE cinnamon rolls so will def try this one…did you notice the face in the first roll you placed on the cookie sheet? hehehe. I see faces in so many things…
Delightful quarantine video!
Do you love your Bosch mixer? I’m considering making the switch.
Lovely
What is that mixer called
Do i have to bake all of these at once? Or can i prep them, put in fridge and make the following morning?
Lies. Only thing the instant did here was create a warm spot to proof.
Instant pot?! Clickbait. I tried giving this lady a 2nd Chance but nope.
I’d love for you to help with 1/2ing recipes… I got the 6qt from my sons on Mother’s Day… but it’s only me…so it makes so much food.. I need to do smaller amounts!
Best recipe ever!! Thank you!!!!!! 🥰🥰
You have a sweetheart baby. Thanks for sharing
Thanks you sooooo much for this!!!
Great recipe.. I'm going to go buy some…
Could we please get the cream cheese icing recipe as mentioned. My favorite too, was looking forward to the recipe. Others as well, I see.
Would this recipe work with Gluten Free flour?
I'm a diabetic can the sugar in this recipe be substituted for stevia equivalent measurements also the brown sugar replacement also stevia
You turned me off the recipe at 3 Tablespoons of yeast. Way too much. Especially when yeast is hard to get in many places. Many other ways to make great Cinnamon rolls with less yeast.
Neat trick with the floss.
Looks Yummy 😋
I also have a Bosch and so I loved this recipe. Great hint to use the InstantPot to proof the dough. I made this with a little variation on the recipe. I made my own filling and frosting. The dough was beautiful to work with.
Your rolls look yummy, but I wouldn’t call this an instant pot recipe since they went into the oven like pretty much any other kind of cinnamon roll. I thought you were going to actually bake them in the pot…I made a cake in mine. I know it’s a lot smaller than an oven…but it would be more realistic to call this an instant pot recipe had they actually baked inside it.
