All of the other reviews describe it better than I can. I was looking to purchase a cheap crock pot for roast/chili/soup and decided to splurge a little and buy this instead. Oh man, it's amazing! Along with the rest of the country do7.pl/instant am totally pleased with the instant pot. Makes cooking complex or time lengthy food items pretty easy. I’m not a great cook and I can’t really mess up with this. Definitely a great product to have in your kitchen.

Tried Milling my own Pastry Flour so far using Hard White Wheat doesn't get the lift, even after 3 rises. Although it did much better than a courser ground rising only once. Next time I'll just buy
a bag of Pastry Flour and see if that works better. I did add this.. After baking I controlled the frosting consistency better by increasing powdered sugar ratio, but also added a good heaping teaspoon of cinnamon making this glaze even more flavorful (kept the vanilla the same), than also with melted butter, glaze each roll top and sides with this butter. Than topped it with my cinnamon/powdered sugar glaze and the final touch? Sprinkled a dash of cinnamon/sugar on each glazed roll.

I don’t quite understand why you use so much yeast? Three Tsp’s of yeast is close to $5 in Canada! Your dough is just a regular enriched dough. I’ve noticed that people are using huge amounts of yeast in their Instant Pot bread.

Okay lets get real these are good but I will being buying mine in the future. I burnt the bottoms on the first batch after all that work. I think you should be able to dump and go for all of it look. I am getting better at rolling the dough out with my rolling pin i haven't used in 20 years. And a little advice don't do this with a bossy 11 year granddaughter

You turned me off the recipe at 3 Tablespoons of yeast. Way too much. Especially when yeast is hard to get in many places. Many other ways to make great Cinnamon rolls with less yeast.

I also have a Bosch and so I loved this recipe. Great hint to use the InstantPot to proof the dough. I made this with a little variation on the recipe. I made my own filling and frosting. The dough was beautiful to work with.

Your rolls look yummy, but I wouldn’t call this an instant pot recipe since they went into the oven like pretty much any other kind of cinnamon roll. I thought you were going to actually bake them in the pot…I made a cake in mine. I know it’s a lot smaller than an oven…but it would be more realistic to call this an instant pot recipe had they actually baked inside it.
