Question: can you mix the eggs and the cold milk solution together very well and then bring it to a boil without the possibility of the eggs becoming scrambled?

I use flour instead of corn starch and to really make it an old fashioned/old school banana pudding it has to be cooked a second time once it is all put together in a pan. And it also has to have meringue put on top to be old fashioned.

My family always made banana pudding with the vanilla instant packs. I'm definitely going to practice learning how to make it this way…the egg tempering is going to take some practice, but I'll get the hang of it!

The true old school , soul food southern way to make banana pudding is actually how you make it except you didn't make any maringue to as a topping and lightly brown the maringue in the oven I'm very surprised at you CHEF JEFFREY
