You're so lucky that your Sam's sells almond flour. Ours still doesn't carry it. Thankfully our local Walmart carries a big bag of it. I purchase the same salmon, and last week it was the old bag. I guess I'll find out tomorrow when I shop at Sam's if they changed ours too. Great haul!

Used to be a 6 pack for the same price. I believe they snicker and think "they'll never notice. I never forgave Hellmanns from their shrinkage, 32 oz to 30 oz and that was years ago. Packages shrink, prices grow, paychecks stay the same. It's getting easier and easier for me to clean it up, soda I can survive without if that price gets any higher. Do I want to go without? No. But will I? Absolutely. Well water comes out of my faucet for free. These manufacturers are out of control with just how far they can push this particular consumer. Thanks for sharing the sale, headed there soon.

Not at sam's club but Walmart, I found they sale the stevia and erythritol sweetened good good jelly. I was over the moon; I've been wanting to try it forever.

Hey Kristi. Check your Wal-Mart for the Coke zero sugar. Today, I purchased a 12 pack of Coke zero sugar and cherry Coke zero sugar for $3.28. They are on rollback.

I havenโt been able to find the cream cheese at my Samโs club in a long time. โน๏ธ Each box used to come with 5 and now itโs 4! ๐
The Quest protein chips used to be about $9.98 for a pack of 6. Now, they have a pack of 8 ON SALE for over $20. Yikes!
we are not turkey or ham people,,,over the yrs we have had chicken and dumplings,,,bacon wrapped scallops,,,,lobster mac and cheese or cornish hen,,,,this yr we are traveling so will eat on the road,,,our anniv is weekend of thanksgiving

I went to Sam's club yesterday and the Philadelphia cream cheese was $10 and some change๐ฏalso the angus beef patties in the box are $4 cheaper at the Aldis here in Tulsa Oklahoma. The blackberries were very cheap compared to what they usually are…next Sam's club trip will be kitty litter๐พ๐พโบ
I keep tossing the idea around about starting a you tube channel. THere are just so many that I wouldn't know where to begin that wouldn't seem so redundant to everyone else's. I love your channel, feel your pain when you are struggling with yout diabetes as my husband is Type 1 (since the age of 2), and still has a few struggles. Thank goodness he jumped on the Keto train shortly after I did back in Sept 2020. Any advice?
