I have successfully lost weight and kept it off for almost four years now, thanks to you Tammy. Life does get busy, but, commitment and caring for one another makes it happen. I’m not strict keto, but, I was at the beginning, learning so much on what to eat and what to limit. I still lose a pound here and there making it 35lbs and not gaining it back. Best in thirty years❤

Never feel you have to comment on ours as we do it once, you might have 200! After eating Keto for so many years I changed to a 90 Day Carnivore challenge ending 2/1. I can’t believe the difference between the two and the simplicity of it. Happy Holidays to you & your family❄️🎅🏼❄️🎅🏼❄️🎅🏼

This is totally off this topic but do you have any thoughts on the CGM? I am not diabetic but have always wondered what certain foods do to blood sugars. I have been keto for over 5 years. I like the health benefits but have been more low carb lately. I just feel better eating healthier carbs. You are looking great and even thought you looked smaller when you did your first shots at the beginning of the video. Whatever you are doing, is working. Thank you for your knowledge you bring to all of us.

Cronometer allows you to subtract allulose and even fructose from your net carbs if you have those options checked off. It really is a great app for tracking. You should check it out if you haven’t already. Haven’t looked back since switching from Carb Manager.
Glad to have you back when you can find the time. I had been missing you the past couple of weeks and was hoping everything was ok.
Take it easy on yourself, you’re doing great.

I’m glad you are here no matter when you can get on. You showed up. That is a win. I feel ya on it just being tough sometimes and just hanging on by a thread. Life is hard. Also keto is great for some things and there was a time that I was so serious about it but I don’t want to live forever restricting certain things/ macros. I think the more and more people learn about their bodies is the way to go. Figuring out what foods work for you, minimal stomach upset, bloating, swelling, etc. that is the way. If it works for you then no need to explain. Certain foods work for people and others sometimes don’t. Then of course if you are trying to lose weight exercise and a small calorie deficit. What feels good and what your body needs is most important. Restrictions of macros and dogma of foods aren’t helpful when working on mindset, etc. everything has its place but I don’t believe keto is end all be all anymore and especially the way of inflation now…I’d rather keep my options open. Also I feel like if you keep things out of your diet then try to put back in, sometimes that does more harm later.. you do you! I’m glad you are still here! 😘

59.01. I have heard from more than one place that oatmeal can be very inflamitory 😢that could be part of it? I so feel where you are right now!!! I am bored with keto and do have regular meals once in a while which is something I just wouldn’t do for years. And for the most part resume my keto lifestyle simply because I am staving off diabetes. You are human!

I was on Keto for 4 years. I knew all there was to know about what to eat and not what to eat..I did keto properly…After 3 years I started to feel tired..My hair was thinner than it used to be. It never returned to how my hair used to be. No matter what I did, I would get constipated. I also developed Psoriasas which I never suffered before. I also felt tired. Now I have gone for low carb rather than keto which was 20 grams of carbs..I increased to 30grams..Now I will have 40 grams of bulgur wheat…Edameme explore pasta or black bean pasta 7 carbs per 50 grams..I will eat a couple of small potatoes once a week and eat small portion of lentils and other pulses..I still eat meat fish plenty of grown above ground veg…I feel so much better..my skin condition has improved. My hair has got better also. Keto is not for everybody. I also eat celeriac. berries and the odd apple with cheese..This stops any rise.

I really enjoy the weigh ins. Just goes to show how much as women, especially women with swelling issues, our weight fluctuates! I have been having the same issues with feeling alone with my weight struggle as well. Its just so hard to find anyone who has to deal with the health issues and the weight struggle. To me its even harder now then in the beginning, you feel like youre always on a "diet" but now the results are not necessarily loss but mantainence, even though I need more loss.

You are going to hate everything I am going to say — Nothing is going to outdo a very bad diet and everything that goes in your big mouth will dictate how you are — Sorry to say all you are doing is going to be a big waste of all your time and your viewers You are just going to go back to what you were — A choice has to be a life long choice with all that goes with it — GOOD LUCK WITH WHAT YOU CHOOSE BUT DONT ASK FOR MONEY OFF PEOPLE JUST TO SATISFY YOUR WILL — I AM ALL FOR PEOPLE WHO TRY BUT WHEN YOU KNOW WHAT YOU KNOW YOU HAVE TO BE PREPARED FOR THE CONSEQUENCES…….

So happy you shared this update, you look and sound well. I’m with you, once I reached my goals both weight and size, I modified keto. Too restrictive and boring, I’ve added healthy carbs. No weight gain in 3 years. Your daughter is darling and you are a great mother. Thanks for sharing your ups and downs with us, I really appreciate it.❤

Awwww, I feel for you. As a chronic illness warrior, I can definitely vouch for how isolating it feels. Our friends won’t ever really understand unless they too have an illness. The best thing that I’ve found is finding community on YouTube actually. Seeing others go about their lives with illness makes me feel like it’s not just me who is going through it, and that this is just part of so so many folks’ normal life! It helps me to see that although I have to do so much “work just to be alive”, as you said, that’s still actually normal for a lot of folks. You’ve got this! All the work you’re putting in is so worth it because it is giving you your quality of life! Yes, it sucks that you have to do it, but you are the one who gets to reap the rewards of that hard work. You get to participate in life! Hang in there! I’m rooting for you!

I’m happy to see you but don’t feel like you have to be on a time schedule because those that truly support you will always be there! Merry Christmas to you & your family! ❤
