    I’ve heard the opposite about taking it at night. I take it early and right before bedtime, 10,000 IU with vitamin K which is crucial to combine. My sleep is fantastic so I’m not getting the advice. Love you, though, Doc!!

    No it’s stagnant and stale, you want vitamin D that is gonna help your body eat it naturally. You’re missing the molecule of life from earth when you take it in pill form it is stagnant and stale offers your body nothing. That why they say you need soooooo much more in pill form cuz your body don’t use that kind.
