    Questions: 1) What are you going to do with the ribs – you recently posted English Cut Short Ribs, but unless you have a meat band saw, how are you cooking them?
    2) In the video, you only put the TempSpike part way in (directions say to put it into the protein PAST the gap), so I'm guessing you fixed that before the cook.
    3) Were the potatoes done when the prime rib was pulled and covered in foil? Thanks for all your wonderful posts – my mouth was watering!!
    4) What do you think the largest prime rib would fit on the WoodFiree – 3 bones? 4 bones? (w/o the bones!).
