I googled it and found out what it means about natural release
Actually it says seal/vent on top of the lid
I’m wondering if the natural pressure release is the keep warm mode that comes on after the minutes you set it on is done
What does this mean by natural pressure release for 10 mins and then quick release , on the lid it has seal/quick release

And how long do they cook if they aren’t soaked overnight? One last question 🙂 can I make cornbread in the Foodi? Those are my burning questions at the moment 🙂
