    This stew looks so yummy! I actually love the idea of cutting the meat up as small as you did! I know you did it for your mother but for some reason that really appeals to me! I don’t usually put tomato in my beef stew but yours looks so good I may try it next time!
    I agree with you on using the canning jars for traveling is a great way to go. I use my half gallon jars to store some of my Christmas cookies this year. I just put Christmas ribbons on it and it looked so cute. Canning jars are great to use for so many things.

    I will have to try this. Tell me, what is the purpose of 'breading' the meat before it goes into the stew? I've never understood that. I understand seasoning it, and browning it, but not breading to only put into a liquid.
    I sent IPs to my mom, mother-in-law and sister for Christmas. My sister is the most excited to use it as she cooks all the time. I sent them a note with my favorite recipes and included your channel to learn a few things, too. I'll share your video so they'll be sure to check it out.
