Hi, friends! Printable recipe is here: https://rainbowplantlife.com/how-to-make-amazing-hummus-at-home/
Yum
I’ve found cooking the chickpeas in a crockpot makes the most perfect results! 👩🏼🍳
Wow looks so creamy. Do you peel the chickpeas, or is this a non peel version?
😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿love thank you defo going to try this
Homemade hummus is also an easy way to impress guests!
LOVE hummus, so homemade it is! So easy.
Geezlaweeze 😳😵😍
I made this and it was so good that I immediately went out and bought some cannellini beans so I could have 2 versions of this recipe in my fridge at all times.
Yammy😋😋😋
I will definitely try this recipe this weekend!
I wonder what it is about the ice water that makes that great texture.
Any advantage over using the instant pot to cook the chickpeas? I love your houmous, but I never really enjoyed cooking legumes the traditional way, it's one of the reason I acquired an IP. 🫤
That pita looks amazing too
Ha. I just made some this morning. I made lemon basil hummus–so delicious. Also, you can use a little peanut butter if you don't have quite enough tahini and you can't tell the difference.
Where is tahini ???
Skip the oil, substitute avocado and add green onions and 1/3 of a jalapeno
Haven't heard about the ice water trick. I love hummus. Had a colleague from Israel who made lotso hummus for every get together. People seemed to get tired of it, but I was so happy. I loved his recipe.
Looks good, but if you take the "skin" off after they're cooked, they would be even better.
It is best to put chickpeas in water and remove their skins gently. Then do all that.
How funny! Im cooking some today after soaking last night & THOUGHT OF YOU az I added a pinch of baking soda in the cooking water
What else can you use Tahini for tho? I don’t want to buy Tahini for 1 thing
I started making this about six weeks ago. I’ve made it about six times since. So damn good. And masks required at work so I lay on the garlic!
😛
Pops into my feed after I just ordered hummus! 😅😉
Looks fantastic I will try this
Can you please share kimchi recipe
Unfortunately I have no idea how to get there. Even when I soak and cook my chickpeas longer, my blender never blends the chickpeas until creamy. Bits always remain. Not a tragedy, but a little annoying.
What a coincidence, I'm making the hummus recipe from your Instant Pot cookbook right now! 😋
Looks delicious!! I definitely gonna try it 🤩
So after watching your video I made some and it was amazing! With fried lemon peel too! My family loved it 🙂
