We do Taco Tuesday almost every week. We have several Freezermeal101 recipes in our freezer that are go-to's. We do the variety here — tacos, burritos, enchiladas, nachos and sometimes use one of the soups. Last night we have Cilantro Lime Chicken served with Garden Rice (it was dating back to May and needed to use it!) Funny about the kids with their double decker tacos — I don't know if they still sell them, but I think that's what Taco Bell calls those tacos that wrap the hard shell with a soft shell.
That Shredded Beef makes the best Tacos, Chimichangas, Beef and Bean Burritos, Enchiladas, etc…and even Chili (con carne.) You can also cook up a large Pork Butt/Shoulder w/Taco Seasoning in the Slow Cooker, shred and make and freeze all of the above. Perfect for those who like to have a Mexican Meal at least once a week (like we do!). The best thing about Mexican Food *IMO is that all of the flavors work together no matter how you combine them! So don't be afraid- experiment! Taco bout amazing!
I love the props. It really pops against the white background. In Texas, anything with Tex Mex flavors qualifies for Taco Tuesday. I still need to try the Zippy Tacos. 😊

I had my first walking taco meal 46 years ago at girls camp around a campfire. Can you believe that?!! Whew!! I think I just dated myself.
Yes we still have blue corn chips here in fact we have both tostitos but great value too aka walmart brand
