    I made it today! It was delicious … BUT the ONLY problem I had was the tortilla shells was going all the way down like in the video … when I took it out the oven the sides of the tortilla was half up

    Since you pre-cooked the chicken and vegetables for 15 minutes I found that cooking it for 40 minutes at 350 was a little long. I think 20 to 25 minutes would be sufficient to cook the chicken and vegetables.
