Mini Meal Prep | Keto Electrolyte Gummies and Baked Egg Yolks — Thankyou LMNT for sponsoring this video! The sample pack …
Anita Indigo Nili made some electrolyte gummies a few weeks ago, her recipe is on her channel. I love the brown butter bite recipe and now those two recipe are great too tyvm for all the time you spend for us to make your content โค๏ธ
I love that apron
You were 100% correct. Don't freeze your gelatin.
How long do they set till there done?
Just watched Mariaโs video. 1/2 cold water, 1 LMNT and 1 and 1/2 gelatin. Mix then heat in microwave for 1 minute. Just made one batch and itโs in the fridge for 2 hours. Thanks Anita
Definitely going to try those gummies! They look delicious ๐ have you ever tried salted egg yolks? I think you would like them
Using the shells is what tends to break the yolks. I crack the eggs into a bowl one at a time and pull the yolks out by hand
Love this video
I love your new apron.โค
Watched this video and made the gummies right away! Great recipe! Thank you for sharing this with us. ๐ This is a great way to take my electrolytes. Gelatine is a source of collagen, isnโt it?
The gummies look so good!
Wow! Thank you. I can't wait to try both of these fun idea's. Thank you! I'm intolerant to egg white's and I just love how simple this idea is. I was wondering if you have any concerns about the number of egg yolks you eat per day? I have been known to eat 10 per day, female, healthy weight after following ketovore for the past 15yrs, I've maintained a 120 Lb weight loss and I love your inspirational video's! I've read so much about how healthy eggs are and not to worry about cholesterol and in fact the majority of the nutrition is in the yolk, but I must admit, I have a terrible nagging in the back of my mind from old lessons that seem to die hard about not eating too many eggs. I feel fantastic when I eat huge amounts of egg yolks and I just never seem to get bored with them. But friends with judgemental old school thinking seem to take their toll on me, and I'm going down the road of 'secret' eating. I really have simply grown tired of explaining myself to people with closed minded views. I don't ever feel the need to dispute their food choices because what works for me is clearly not something they wish to do. It seems everyone has an opinion and the majority are following the SAD. I was wondering if you limit egg consumption yourself and also, do you have any tips about how to respond to super critical people when they observe my food choices? Thank you again. I find your content so helpful๐ธ๐ณ
Thanks, Anita! Both look good! I LOVE your fruity apron. I'm a big fan of kitchen designs with strawberries. ๐
Interesting vid. Electrolyte Gummies is a great idea! Not sure what I'd do with baked egg yolks tho??

Great video!!
I like the apron! I guess they couldn't find one with suet and tripe on it
Need baked egg yolks for my great grandson who has eczema and reacts to the whites.
So you eat the egg yolks cold? And also the hollondaise? I tried heating the hollondaise and it turns into scrambled eggs ๐ฎ
Nice apron!๐
No, Anita. It HAS to be PERFECT! ๐ ๐คฃ Just teasing. Love your videos! Thank you!!!
I would never buy that, because that wouldn't leave me much room for anymore sodium throughout the day, and ALL meats have sodium naturally in them. The daily allowance for sodium is only 2400 mg per day, for someone who is not sodium sensitive. But, if you're like me, anything over 1000 mg, you'll swell up REALLY BAD. I would wake up with a VERY swollen face, hands, and feet, and I'd be having trouble breathing, so I have to keep my sodium levels low.
I made the baked yokes and hollendaze sauce last week. Fantastic! The sauce is so great! โค
I just love the sped up voice. So cute. I giggle every time.
These electrolyte gummies would be great for my little boy to have before his baseball games. And after! Iโm definitely making them.
Please tell your son I LOVE your apron! He has great taste!!!
I almost forgot to hit the like button. ๐went back and clicked the thumbs up.
Thank you Anita!!! Love&light from California โคโค
The new apron looks great, so cheerful! ๐คฉ I wish I could eat eggs more often, unfortunately I have a sensitivity ๐ Kind of hoping that after a period of time carnivore I might heal enough to tolerate them. Itโs actually a big reason Iโm doing a carnivore elimination, hoping to relieve some sensitivities
Your children did ๐๐. Love your apron.
Thank you for the videos! The apron looks lovely! Think of it as your sons giving you a hug!
How do you reheat the egg yolks, and are they still liquid inside after reheating?

ohhh love the gummies, unfortunately the shipping costs to the EU for the LMNTare over $30. I had them once and they are amazing though. Also a great yolk idea. ๐๐

Recognized Your Christmas apron right away! So happy for You to get gifts from Your Sons!
Also let us know if You get that puzzle done in 2023!! ๐คฃ Funny Grrrl!
Great recipes & fun time with You!
I really need to make a DIY electrolyte mix. I am way too poor to afford such a high priced product.
I KNOW I NEED electrolytes & I am a big preacher of them to others. Vital!
but… I gotta find a way that doesn't break the bank

I put my gelatin in cold water about 5 min. then add the hot liquid or put in the microwave for a few seconds untill it is mostly liquified. Works great.
I heard a chef say once to crack eggs on a flat surface to reduce the risk of breaking the yolks.
Congratulations ๐on hitting 50K subscribers ๐
I know it says sugar free but are the Flavors carbs?๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ
I love โsimpleโ ๐
Is there sugar in these?
I make them with coffee and the chocolate LMNT.
