Just watched Mariaโ€™s video. 1/2 cold water, 1 LMNT and 1 and 1/2 gelatin. Mix then heat in microwave for 1 minute. Just made one batch and itโ€™s in the fridge for 2 hours. Thanks Anita

Watched this video and made the gummies right away! Great recipe! Thank you for sharing this with us. ๐Ÿ˜ This is a great way to take my electrolytes. Gelatine is a source of collagen, isnโ€™t it?

Wow! Thank you. I can't wait to try both of these fun idea's. Thank you! I'm intolerant to egg white's and I just love how simple this idea is. I was wondering if you have any concerns about the number of egg yolks you eat per day? I have been known to eat 10 per day, female, healthy weight after following ketovore for the past 15yrs, I've maintained a 120 Lb weight loss and I love your inspirational video's! I've read so much about how healthy eggs are and not to worry about cholesterol and in fact the majority of the nutrition is in the yolk, but I must admit, I have a terrible nagging in the back of my mind from old lessons that seem to die hard about not eating too many eggs. I feel fantastic when I eat huge amounts of egg yolks and I just never seem to get bored with them. But friends with judgemental old school thinking seem to take their toll on me, and I'm going down the road of 'secret' eating. I really have simply grown tired of explaining myself to people with closed minded views. I don't ever feel the need to dispute their food choices because what works for me is clearly not something they wish to do. It seems everyone has an opinion and the majority are following the SAD. I was wondering if you limit egg consumption yourself and also, do you have any tips about how to respond to super critical people when they observe my food choices? Thank you again. I find your content so helpful๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿณ

I would never buy that, because that wouldn't leave me much room for anymore sodium throughout the day, and ALL meats have sodium naturally in them. The daily allowance for sodium is only 2400 mg per day, for someone who is not sodium sensitive. But, if you're like me, anything over 1000 mg, you'll swell up REALLY BAD. I would wake up with a VERY swollen face, hands, and feet, and I'd be having trouble breathing, so I have to keep my sodium levels low.

The new apron looks great, so cheerful! ๐Ÿคฉ I wish I could eat eggs more often, unfortunately I have a sensitivity ๐Ÿ˜• Kind of hoping that after a period of time carnivore I might heal enough to tolerate them. Itโ€™s actually a big reason Iโ€™m doing a carnivore elimination, hoping to relieve some sensitivities

Great recipes & fun time with You!
I really need to make a DIY electrolyte mix. I am way too poor to afford such a high priced product.
I KNOW I NEED electrolytes & I am a big preacher of them to others. Vital!
but… I gotta find a way that doesn't break the bank
