Hi Stephy it's always great to get a video from you. I must admit all your recipes recently have looked delicious. It must be great to eat at your house! You seem very efficient at cutting vegetables. I suppose a good knife helps. The last few days I've been going to the supermarket and picking up my trigger food, then putting it down again. Then picking it up and eventually putting it down and walking out. It's very tempting to buy but my will power is winning. Still think of your videos when resisting temptation.
