Terrible customer service. Bought a ninja blender less than 6 months ago and already completely dead. On the phone and they agreed to replace it IF I PAID FOR SHIPPING AND TAXES!! On hold for over a half hour waiting to speak to a manager.

Has anyone pressure cook lamb chops before? Is it ok to? Was thinking about doing it but not sure how it will turn out I've only seen it roasted once on a video.

I ordered one online from Ninja website ,an 8 quart, they sent me the 6.5 quart. I can return it but at my own expense. With their clever price manipulation it is almost cheaper to keep the one they sent to me. Also,I didn’t get the $30.00 discount advertised on the website. Shark is now manipulating availability of this item to force people to buy from their website. Also there is something going on with the model numbers. There is 300,301,302,305. Some units have identical features, why? The new 8 quart model is only available on their website, why? I think it’s a new example of corporate greed.

OK I just have to ask this because it's been bugging the hell out of me. How is it that when the woman puts a whole chicken in there, the chicken is JUST, EXACTLY the right size to fit in there?? Because if YOU buy a whole chicken, it will probably be either too big to fit in there, or either will be smaller than the pot. No way on earth that it will just happen to be EXACTLY that size.

I just ordered mine yesterday. I just wish I had known about the Ninja Foodi Deluxe 8 quart, I would have waited. Oh well probably can use both. Also I wish the future ones would come with a detachable main lid.

This is a hit the ball out of the park product. But why does the box show it at 450 degrees when it maxes at 400? I want the dehydrator rack as compensation. 😀
