    It's not ginger and chili paste…..it's garlic and chili paste….I will suggest rest of people to not add lemon and ginger in it….it will destroy the taste of true muthiya.

    What is alternate to wheat flour because wheat is now hibrid leading to diabetes eaten after 21 years of age… We use coconut oil or ghee. Oil heated becomes tea s fat. Cestrol body can't digest so fatty stomach and diabetes. Can I usrchadewnut butter or virging coconut oil our body can digest.

    this is not how Gujaratis make muthia – gram flour? ginger and chilly paste?, coriander-cumin seed powder?…totally UNGUJARATI like…bro get some lessons on authentic gujarati style muthia…this is nothing but a mish mash of ingredients.

    Hi Ruchi.. I tried this recipe today and it was polished off in no time! Next time I will double the quantity ๐Ÿ™‚ I remember attempting muthiya once, a few years back and it was such a flop… I had promised myself I won't experiment like this again.. But your recipe was easy and the muthiyas looked delicious so I tried it. Thanks for giving me my muthiya making confidence back!

    Hello Ruchi…made it the exact same way. It turned out so delicious. However, when I took those out of steam and cut those down, they broke instead of cutting into a single piece, every single time I cut those. Could you please tell what would have gone wrong? Also, when I opened the lid of steamer there were cracks on the muthia, I thought it steamed well hence those cracks. Please help

    Your video should be in Hindi so that my cook can understand it. Also we live in India, this is an Indian dish why pretend …. โ€œbottle gourd , Cumin Seeds, gram flour…. just say Laukee and jeera powder sounds very fake to be honest
