    Oh Tatyana, I love strawberry and rhubarb-but the addition of the maple syrup-really good maple syrup is right over the top. And the syrup integrated throughout the recipe. Amazing!     I think you are very innovative Tatyana. You get really creative in combining two or more flavours together and the pairing of these flavours is fabulous. You have upgraded a simple boring Cheesecake recipe into another level. And the final deco of the Cheesecake looks very appealing and fantastic. I'd love to see what other flavours you could think of, and combine them together making it so fusion-esque..
