When you can do lay pull downs at 120lbs, you can for sure do a pull up with a kip. Once you can do 4-5 pull-ups in a row with kips, you can do a standard pull up. It’s awesome!!

Before you said about the back injury I was sitting here thinking what does she do for lower back strength. Just so you know working and strengthing the lower back will help lift your butt. I know thats something you have been trying work on. You can really start to see the difference in your relaxed muscles now, your traps are looking fly and the top head of your shoulder. Girl your killing it.

And you've made AMAZING progress! I even started working out and eating higher protein keto because of you. Thank you for changing our lives and for including us in your life!

Girl, you need to start getting regular massages. 💆‍♀️ Try to find someone who works for themself and who does specific muscle work. Don’t go to Massage Envy. You need someone who can help treat your current muscle issues and prevent future injuries. If you could find someone who practices neuromuscular therapy, that would be gold. I mostly health coach now, but I do still massage 2 days a week cuz I love my clients and have been for 15 years. It’s an important part of rest and recovery, and the side benefits are relaxation, stress relief, and alone time!

Your perseverance is what makes you a rock star! I am still killin' it in the kitchen. Because I'm "allowed" to have some questionable, not-so-good-for-me foods, I really don't want them. Or "I'll just have a bite of yours". Hubs bought a treat for me, for making good choices (yeah we sure can talk about what in the actual hell is That?!?) I took a bite & told him the rest is his. It was tasty but If I'm going to treat myself like that, it's going to be with something that I absolutely love, if that makes sense. Keep it up, my love! Get some relax therapy on that injury 🤗

I totally threw my back out last week from wiping my kids butt, 😂, it’s funny now but at the time it wasn’t, my back started spasming and I couldn’t even walk, I ended up having to go to the doctor and take 2 days off work, I’ve never had anything like that happen before

Retired massage therapist/health psychologist here. Be sure to ice that injury. Rest would be good, but I don't think you'll be doing that! Take good care! (Whoops…..commented too soon. You are doing all the right stuff. Sending you healing vibes and strength for the day. Please rest that back, though.)
