Hey Jasmine, you can roast your garlic in your air fryer in half the time as your oven. Do everything the same except put it in the air fryer at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the air fryer. You can also fire rost your veggies in the air fryer as well. Keep up the great work you two!😁

I recently made the lentil enchilada pasta from FOK app and it was so amazing!! My whole family enjoyed it and I don’t make anything else like it! Dying to try more of your recipes now.

You should try the zucchini hummus recipe ! Saw a video where they cut zucchini in piece and cook them in a pan, when soft they blend it with tahini salt and lemon. I cant eat chick peas because of my IBS and dont like chick peas so definetly want to try the zucchini humus.
1 cup diced zucchini (peel if you like)
    1/3 cup raw tahini
2 to 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    1 to 2 cloves garlic , minced
1/2 teaspoon sea salt or to taste
    2 teaspoons ground cumin

Back in the day as a new vegetarian, Fantastic Foods made a mix called Nature's Burger. You just added water (I think) and then cooked your burger. This was my first veggie burger. They also had a mix to add to tofu called Tofu Scrambler. This was before the days of so many products available and before recipes on blogs and YouTube. (The falafel mix reminded me of this.)

Wish you guys were around back in 2006 when I went "cold turkey" vegan due to serious health issues! Thanks so much for the recipes. Looks GREAT! Will be making the Minestrone this week-end!

When I first went vegan I ate a crap ton of avocado toast and nice cream. Then I finally figured out how to cook tofu and my diet was a little more balanced because of the protein. Otherwise it was definitely straight carbs for a minute.

So easy and yummy! You two are precious! I am so grateful for you! And, like you, Chris, I am Italian. Minestrone is such a cheap yet filling anytime dish.
    Y’all did a great job!

Fun video! FYI – A simple way to take that falafel mix up a notch is to use pureed veggies (pumpkin, sweet potato, zucchini, spinach, etc.) in place of the water. It adds a great flavor, texture and nutrient profile.

Thanks for the easy and yummy recipes. Always out of inspiration when winter comes to an end. Definitely going to try all of them. Never thought of making hummus out of lentils.

A lot of name brand foods have at least one accidently vegan product. Have you thought about making meals out these items for people who don't have access to specially stores & have to rely on regular supermarkets.

Great video and recipes. I love Sweet Simple Vegan videos because of the content. I will have to try the Minestrone soup and I have tried a few of the Jasmine and Chris recipes and enjoyed them and will continue to make them again.
