have you ever added unsweetened baking cocoa to your chili? I almost always add about a Tablespoon to a batch and it is wonderful. Just gives a hint of flavor that most people just can't identify but love. No, it does not taste like chocolate, think a good Mexican mole sauce.

Hi this is Khean (Kee-on). What I have done is with Chicken Breast I marinate them in Zesty Italian Dressing, diced onion, Bell Peppers, salt pepper and a little sugar. Then I slow cooked that mix for 6-8 hours. Before the last hour I mix in rice. It turned out great. Do you have any other ways I can try for the Chicken Breast?

Chili, stew, and Mississippi chicken(thanks to you!) And homemade tapioca pudding, too.
Next time you do the chicken, try the George Foreman rotisserie chicken seasonings. They make it super yummy!๐Ÿ˜Š

    Taco Tuesday Crockpot:
Chuck Roast. 28 oz can of Green Enchilada Sauce. El Pato Tomato Sauce. 7 oz Diced Green Chilies. 5 garlic cloves. Add all items to Crockpot. Set on low for 6 hours. Shred meat. Place shredded meat onto sheet pan. Add sauce onto meat, just enough for flavor. Add all the green chilies. Now add garlic powder, oregano, cumin, salt. Broil in oven. Keep watch. You want it to get crispy. Flip all meat and crisp. Serve up with toasted corn tortillas, and the fixings. Homemade refried beans. Spanish rice. Itโ€™s our homemade version of a quick Carnitas. Delicious for Tostadas too. Or Tortas.
