These are great. My problem is that I have to cook low sodium for my mother, and there isn’t a whole hell of a lot out there as far as recipes go. I’m running out of ideas, and she is easily bored. 🙁

You give me ways to eat healthy without feeling guilty that I’m not buying the organic “best” foods. I can use what’s on hand or get cheaper brands and it all tastes amazing!! Thank you for making the content you do!

Will you be posting more details on the chicken 3-ways prep? Just wondering when you added in the seasoning…did you cook them each separately or make the full 3lbs of chicken at once & add the seasoning at the end?
And that Salisbury steak has my mouth watering! Can't wait for that recipe to get posted!

Love this video! I had very little experience cooking prior to starting to do your meal prep so I’m super thankful for your Patreon. The PDF and video are super helpful for someone as inexperienced in cooking as I am. The meal prep for chicken you mentioned is perfect as I was just thinking about trying to find something similar online (especially since it’s crockpot cooked as I still struggle being intimidated by pan frying chicken). Thanks for all your help Zach!

I like the ingredient prep idea. Mostly for proteins, as I can then have different meals during the week. Salads, simple soups, quesadillas or tacos etc… That way I can have multiple favorites in my week. I would also like to see more Asian inspired meal preps. Thanks for all you do. The no bs simple affordable way you do things is inspired.
