    No raisins in cinnamon rolls, I would rather add nuts than raisins.

    My best bigger kitchen investment was a microplane box grater. I had so many cheap ones and they neither delivered long-term nor were they engineered well. Now I have one for the rest of my life.

    You can do lemon curd in up too. No need to proof the eggs. After you mix it with sugar they won't curdle. So mix everything with mixer and put in a glass jars the same as you did vanilla, 9 min on high and 10 minutes npr.

    I just tried the biscuit rolls. I started assuming I had all the ingredients 😑 I had no powder milk!!! So I substituted with greek yogurt 🤭 (less-liquidy thing I had on hand) and they turned out a bit on the sweet side but really good.

    I’ll try the ACTUAL recipe with mashed potatoes next time ☺️
