I used pepper jack in my mac n cheese once and OOOhhhhhh was it good. I also normally use Sharp Cheddar, Mozzarella (for the stringiness) and Muenster cheese slices. I just take the pack and each slice I rip apart and melt it. It's a creamy cheese and gives a nice flavor. And when you put the hot sauce on it to eat….oh man.

Oooh, Baby. I love the way you call us all Baby. As you are add the things in, treat the ingredients like you are making love – don't go adding it all at once, be gentle, add a little at a time, a little at a time, that's the way to make it just FINE!

Chicken bouillon in the pasta water! Wow! What a great addition to the pasta. My attempts at Mac and cheese has always been dry and crumbly. The rue is the key I think. Also velveeta is new for me too. This looked so good I can’t wait to make it.

My arteries were throwing up road blocks just watching this haha. But YUP- that's how my ex's mom in Tennessee makes it. Basically just the highest fat amount you can buy all thrown together then add more lol. Like she says 2 + 2 is 4 then double that & then add more lol.
