you can boil cream all day and it will NOT separate. It's called reducing.
If I was making the corn soup I would measure how much my serving was on each of the vegetables I use and make it per serving. Then you would use less carbs correct?

Looks so yummy. I want to try it with diced kohlrabi instead of cauliflower. Kohlrabi is a great potato substitute in soups and stews.
